Employment Opportunities

Generations Program Assistant – Part-time (2 (two) positions) – Summer Employment
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
2. Ability to work with a diverse population and relate to children attending Kindergarten through 5th grade.
3. Ability to work outside of traditional business hours.
4. Must possess effective oral and written skills.
5. Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aide Certificate, preferred.
6. Must have ability to pass State and Department of Human Services Background Checks.
SALARY RANGE
$7.15 per hour
WORK LOCATION
Caro
SCHEDULE
6 (six) hours - five days per week. Flexibility in schedule may be required.
APPLICATION PROCESS

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in the planning and implementation of educational and developmentally appropriate activities for children enrolled in the Generations Program.
2. Accompany children on their walk to school in the morning and on their walk to the Center in the afternoon.
3. Provide classroom management for all children participating in the program.
